Pump standPUMP STAND

The pump stand is the powerhouse of the LaserWash® M5, housing the solution dispensing equipment and providing water pressure for cleaning. Designed for low cost and efficient operation, the LaserWash® M5 pump stand can be used in either the equipment room or directly in the wash bay. We recommend placing the pump stand in the equipment room, so that your wash bay is left open and the pump equipment will not be affected.

       

SoftwareWASH MANAGEMENT

PDQ’s M5 wash control software uses an Internet-based platform to provide dial-in access to all key operating functions. You can change wash packages, view hourly performance and monitor all machine functions remotely. Provided with an infrared remote control that allows manual operation for trouble shooting and programmed maintenance.

       

Virtual TreadleVIRTUAL TREADLE

The Virtual Treadle process begins as the customer enters the wash bay. Ultrasonic sensors measure the vehicle’s width while on board sensors signal the driver to stop, or back up via an LED screen and audible beeper. The LaserWash® M5 is then activated for washing, creating an electronic safety envelope that protects the vehicle, while maintaining optimal cleaning distance.

       

Ticolour PackageTRI COLOUR PACKAGE (optional)

The 3 x Colour Foam Applicator delivers thick, triple-colour layers of foam conditioner to upgrade your customers wash options - as well as grabbing their attention. Importantly for you, the package also increases efficiency by providing a rinse service that is applied in one pass of the bridge, rather than rinsing in two bridge passes with the arch.

       

MaxairMAXAIR DRYER (optional)

The MaxAir Stand Alone Dryer delivers a concentrated airflow for maximum velocity drying on the vehicle’s surface. However it’s velocity is delivered without a maximum power source. MaxAirT uses 7.5 horsepower motors to achieve more airflow velocity than most dryers on the market. This is the result of ingenious engineering that takes airflow velocity to the next level - creating more power while using less electricity.
