Pricing

Call Out:

A Call out will be charged for a visit to site within the Melbourne Metropolitan area. Any callouts beyond that, or interstate will be charged per hour.

Call Out Charge - $85.00

Labour:

Labour is charged per hour that the service technician is on site, or part there of.

Labour Charge - $85.00

Phone Support:

Technical phone support is offered to those clients on a service contract free of charge. Other clients can utilise this service at the rate shown.

Phone Support Charge - $20.00 per call (up to 15 minutes)

After Hours Call Out:

Any call out after normal working hours or on weekends oe public holidays will be charged at this rate with a minimum time of 3 hours.

After Hours Charge - $110.00 per hour (min. 3 hours)
